Rebecca is the warm heart at the centre of the business. Her drive, energy and humour help form the strong bonds that turn clients and candidates into lifelong business partners.
Passionate about helping people find exciting careers in tech & cyber security, there is nothing she loves more than seeing a company grow with the help of people she and her team have placed.
Jemma was one of Rebecca’s first contract assignments and quickly became an established great friend. More than a decade later, she joined the Keen People team working on the contract/interim side of the business.
Having gained a wealth of knowledge and experience as an IT contractor across various industries, Jemma makes sure that behind the scenes all critical processes and technologies run smoothly, enabling the team to provide the best possible experience to our valued Clients and Candidates.
With more than 25 years of expertise in the armed forces, operations, security, and technology, Mark emerges as a pivotal figure within our organisation. Serving as one of our esteemed Directors, he spearheads the Talent Capability division. Mark’s proficiency lies in strategic planning, operational excellence, talent management, and organisational empowerment. Aligned with our ambitious mission, he is dedicated to enhancing organisations by strengthening their talent capabilities.
